Absolutely appalling law firm. Do yourself & your loved ones a favour and stay away from this firm. All they care about is how they can increase your bill. How much money they can milk out of you. They have no idea what they are doing & when they make a mistake they expect the client to pay for it no matter the cost. They are never wrong, it’s always the client. I would hate to see anyone go through what my family endured from this incompetent firm. Attention The owner Ballantine Law. No you won’t find my name on your records, that’s because you acted for a family member of mine and I witnessed first hand what you put them through. The way you act in your business is completely different to the way you act in your reviews. You don’t care about your clients you don’t show any compassion. All you thrive for is money!!!! How much you can milk out of your clients. Maybe you need to have a good hard look at the way yourself and your staff conduct themselves.

Truly deserving - 5 star rating. The Estate Planning and associated appointments of Powers Of Attorney etc were explained in a comprehensive yet easy-to-understand manner. Plenty of time was afforded - options and scenarios explored fully and you never felt rushed. I would highly recommend this firms services.
