I sent an email enquiry about a building protection works application. Unfortunately it was after the application and interaction with my investor/absentee neighbour. The disagreement regarding the building surveyor's recommendation to obtain an independent engineer or surveyor's report before approving the proposed protection works , was the subject of my email enquiry to Best Hooper Lawyers.
