Left a 1 star review, owner of law firm rang apologised for the service, promised service would be better and here we are again 3 weeks have passed and 2 e-mails again with no response. Legal expertise cannot fault, however when this has now dragged on 5 months for quite a serious matter, considering the money spent, the customer service should not be this terrible.

Amazing experience dealing with Black Bay lawyers We dealt with Olivia Gebron, My partner was locked out of her instagram due to Ai thinking it was a fake account although she was meta verified. My partner was pregnant and causing her stress. Other lawyers told me it was not worth it and would potentially make it worse sending a letter or legal letter. Olivia was very helpful gave me an address of which I could not get anywhere else. I sent a letter express registered to head office in America and within 24 hours of letter being received my partner account was re-activated. I can’t thank Olivia and black bay lawyers enough for their help and support.
