We were looked after by the owner/managing director, Michelle Oates alongside Jo Zappia, who also specialises in Conveyancing matters. She provided reassurance and compassion when I needed it, whilst remaining impartial - which is something I didn’t realise how much I needed during such an emotional time. I felt they always checked and triple checked their work and prioritised issues that arose with the purchasers solicitor in a timely manner, to ensure no delays to our settlement date. I felt like the process was explained to me in simple terms, especially during times of overwhelm and that none of my queries ever felt like too much of a hassle.
