Upon arrival I was greeted by Mary who was warm friendly and prompt. The communication leading up to the interview was effective and easy, I have no complaints about the service of the friendly manner of the lawyer informative etc, if I was to he honest the only issue was the price to amend an existing simple already made will but I guess that’s a sign of the times?.
We recently used DiRosa to update our wills for my husband and I, along with our Power of Attorney documents, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly in plain English, making what can feel like an overwhelming process straightforward and stress-free. Dino was professional, thorough, patient with our questions and made sure every detail was covered so we felt confident our wishes were properly documented. The process was efficient, organised and handled with genuine care and attention. A special mention also to staff member Mary, who was brilliant throughout the process. She was friendly, helpful, organised and made everything run smoothly, which made the experience even better.
