Loredana and Guilia and Hala were of great help to me handling my TPD claim after I was referred to their branch internally, Gordon Legal being in an arrangement with my professional union. I had so much on plate that I don't know if I could have handled trying to make the claim myself, but they took care of everything and were extremely kind and patient with all of my questions. Most of the paperwork was straightforward and understandable, and the couple of occasions where the legalese would begin to confuse me, Giulia was very happy to walk me through an explanation without jargon. When I needed to email, they emailed, when I asked for phone calls, they called me. Highly appreciated. There were no surprises in the fees, everything that was explained to me at the start of our agreement was still the case at the end. I do want to say this - it meant a lot to me that they were kind. I knew that whoever I worked with would be professional and competent, but I can't say how much of a relief it was that Lori and Giulia were also nice, at a time when stress was through the roof and life had become a walking shit-show.
