Within a day of reaching out, Jarred had me onboarded, gave me complete clarity on what to expect, and laid out a clear plan for how to prepare. I had never been in a legal situation before, and this process was a nightmare for me, but Jarred patiently answered every single one of my questions, no matter how small, and walked me through things over and over until I fully understood. Beyond the legal work, he also provided genuine emotional support. He helped me get signed up for professional therapy, told me exactly who to reach out to and how to get referrals and a Mental Health Care Plan. He genuinely cared about my wellbeing, not just my case. What truly set him apart was his persistence. He constantly followed up with police, chased them repeatedly to keep my case moving, and made sure everything was progressing toward a favourable resolution. He supported me in getting risk assessments done through the relevant organisations, which helped clarify that there had been a case of misidentification in my matter. He minimised every possible hurdle. Because he followed up relentlessly, prepared thoroughly, and had all his paperwork in perfect order, my matter was withdrawn and dismissed by the magistrate in under five minutes. He was also incredibly flexible with payments, I was able to put down a deposit I was comfortable with and make the final payment when I was able to. He never once made me feel pressured or overcharged during an already difficult time. Throughout the entire process, Jarred was constantly in touch and highly responsive, always getting back to me within the hour, or at worst, within the day. He managed his diary, paperwork, and follow-ups seamlessly. And on top of all of that, he provided a whole bunch of laughs along the way and went above and beyond to be not just my lawyer, but also a friend. Jarred never promised outcomes, but he constantly delivered them anyways. He is the lawyer you want on your side when you're in any kind of trouble.
