We recently engaged Cameron Turnbull for advice on a commercial property purchase and were very disappointed with the level of service provided. Communication was minimal — we received only brief emails with little guidance. Cameron also made no effort to negotiate terms within the contract on our behalf. The seller’s solicitor asked us on multiple occasions if he was actually representing us as he had not made any contact with them at all. Based on our experience, we would not recommend his services. At the very least, we strongly suggest requesting a quote in advance, as we found the fees to be excessive given the limited assistance provided. We ultimately had to engage a new solicitor to receive adequate support — although this was an additional expense, it was well worth making the change.
