Johan De Klerk is very professional and friendly....his office is home based in a pleasant area not bustling with traffic or hard to find parking ....he made the experience very relaxed as we have never been to a Lawyer before ...I highly recommend Legacy Legal.

I would not recommend this man to my worst enemy. The issues are too numerous to mention. I found him to be uncooperative, unfriendly and non communicative. He made an already distressing time in my life even more so. He was very unpleasant to deal with. Well well, his response is very typical of the way he handled my mother’s estate… shall I say, extremely misleading at best but I wouldn’t have expected anything less. Unfortunately honesty is just not a priority for some people. Some are ethical and some are not. Trouble is, you expose a solicitor for who they are and you are threatened with defamation of character and they know you don’t have the money to present your case along with the facts. I am bowing out of this argument and not going to entertain his claims. All I can do is share my experience, which was extremely negative.
