Absolutely disgraceful experience. Shockingly poor communication, extreme delays, and almost impossible to get proper updates without constantly chasing them. Emails regarding serious billing concerns were ignored for months, yet they later attempted to accuse me of “delaying” the matter and threatened interest charges. Fees kept increasing far beyond what was originally discussed, while the final outcome was devastatingly worse than what had been indicated. At no stage did the firm acknowledge any responsibility for the delays, lack of communication, or poor handling of the matter. The entire experience was incredibly stressful, deeply frustrating, and completely unprofessional. I would strongly warn others to think very carefully before engaging this firm.

I would like to rate 0 star! Extremely disappointing experience. Throughout the matter, progress was slow and updates were minimal. Staff were often unavailable, and I had to repeatedly chase for responses. Despite the delays, I was charged more than originally discussed. It took more than three months to receive a response to a simple invoice enquiry, yet I was then told interest would be charged due to the delay — despite the lack of communication being on their side. The final outcome was also far worse than what had been proposed. Overall, the experience felt poorly managed, unresponsive, and not reflective of the level of service expected. I would definitely not recommend.
