Family law can be one of the most unpleasant processes one can go through, but where it cannot be avoided, the experience, forthrightness and reliability of the team at Neilan and Stramandinoli can make things a lot more bearable. Prior to being represented by NSFL, I was represented by a much larger 'production line' type firm where my matter changed hands 3 times in one year. After changing to NSFL, I was assisted in avoiding a litigious route to the extent that was helpful. When there was no option but to seek assistance of the Court, I couldn't have asked for a steadier and more reliable pair of hands than that of the team at NSFL to take carriage of my case. Anna and her incredible team single handly navigated me, step by step through the legal system, that included soul rights/responsibility and decision making with no contact of children, divorce, financial divorce along side protection orders and navigating somewhat the criminal system as a witness. The enormous, serious issues my children and I faced were thrust upon us, which were extremely complex and arduous by nature and made volatile in its then current, daily, fast changing pace, under substantial pressure, all of which Anna and her team kept abreast off. Anna had put together a team that is highly knowledgeable, focused and determined in every way to get the desired outcome prioritizing not just my safety and wellbeing but most importantly that of my children.
