I had a brief call with Kirsty explaining my situation in Dec/Jan 26 and was advised when I was ready to proceed make an appointment. I called early March and got an appointment late, late April. I did however have the wrong day and rescheduled for the following week May 6.. 50 mins prior to the appointment I was notified they are cancelling the appointment as they don’t do that type of law. Their website states otherwise. Seriously couldn’t they have pointed that out when I had a phone conversation back in December/January. Extremely disappointing
