Was recommended Jai by a friend, thank goodness we did. Jai and the team handled everything very easily, I didn't have a clue what to do or anything but the team handled it all. Thanks Jai
Thank Ryan , to help me in court . Really appreciate. You are best . Thank you soo much .
Very happy with Ryan for my Court outcome. Would recommend.
Highly recommended! Very pleased with the service that Ryan provided us with our legal matter. Thanks so much for a fantastic outcome.
Excellent service and even better representation in the court proceedings .
Extremely disappointed with the lack of professional diligence. Despite my explicit written instructions to ensure all personal property was removed, my conveyancer attempted to use the 'as-is' clause to excuse a failure to enforce Vacant Possession. Furthermore, they failed to formally amend the Contract of Sale regarding the new settlement date, leading to quantifiable financial damages. Their reliance on 'miscommunication' as an excuse is contradicted by a clear paper trail of my emails. It is clear they rely on the high cost of litigation ($80k+) to insulate themselves from accountability for substandard service. If I weren't experienced in contract administration, I would have been walked over. Proceed with extreme caution.
I and my partner want to express our gratitude to Ryan for his support. Coming from the Island of Fiji, we were truly touched by his unexpected kindness that day at Dubbo Court House. We felt lost, being far from our family, when a stranger appeared and offered to help us at the courthouse. We were taken aback by the outcome after the hearing, and I want to take this moment to salute Ryan and his team. Thank you again so much. We truly appreciate your help Sir.
