I would like to express my sincere gratitude to this incredible legal team, Rose, Maddy, Harrie, Hamish and Simon among others. What began as a difficult and complex battle became a journey of perseverance, faith, and determination that ultimately delivered the best possible outcome, period. For two and a half years, we stood our ground. Together, we gave the government a complete and total legal and spiritual flogging, and when they came back for more, we did it again. Throughout the ordeal, the team remained professional, strategic, relentless, committed to the rule of law, to achieving peace and preventing injustice, a violation of human rights, unjust acts and moral outrage in what I’d describe in my opinion as a rigged environment. First and foremost, I thank God for guiding the process every step of the way. I also want to thank the lawyers and the highly skilled barristers who were sourced externally and engaged on my behalf through the firm. Their expertise, dedication, and attention to detail were second to none. Their ability to navigate a challenging and lengthy matter gave me confidence from start to finish. This outcome did not happen by chance. It was the result of facts, evidence/documents cross-examination etc strategically presented, delivered and substantiated through court in my favour. With faith, prayer, paper work, a pen, the sword of the spirit (Gods word), a spiritual iron rod, patience, persistence, and an exceptional legal strategy executed by outstanding professionals.
