I would not recommend W&W based on my personal experience with family law, custody and property settlement matters. I found their approach to be overly conservative and focused heavily on sending letters rather than proactively progressing matters or providing clear strategic advice. In my experience, responses to emails and phone calls could take weeks, sometimes around a month. I also had to repeatedly identify and request corrections to errors in correspondence, which caused further delays and, in my view, additional unnecessary costs. My biggest disappointment was the lack of proactive advice, communication and progress. I did not feel adequately supported or that there was a clear strategy to achieve the best possible outcome for me as a client. Based on my experience, I would not use W&W again or recommend them to someone seeking proactive representation in family law, parenting or property settlement matters.
