Loan and her team obtained our original Will's and Power of Attorneys when our previous solicitors decided no longer to deal in this forum. I have to say that this was the best outcome for my wife and I. Both our Will's and Powers of Attorneys were reviewed, updated to current legislation in a timely and professional manner. Every aspect was explained in detail in an informative easy to understand format. I have no hesitation in recommending Loan and her team.

Loan was very frank about all possible hazards and scenarios taking me through a range of options I needed to make my documentation with clarity. I really appreciated the candor with which she explained in detail the legal instructions I needed to plan out my wishes in detail. I was also given information of the full and detailed documentation, including some documents I had not considered in order to cover all possible scenarios, in the future.

We have had Loan advise us on our estate since 2019 and we have found her to be very professional in her approach. She takes time to explain legal statements to us and reasons for inclusion, along with any potential risks.
We found the complete process of drafting and completing the WILL and Authorities documents far more involved than we anticipated, however in worked out to very organized and the final outcomes were very well presented. We are very pleased with the final documents.
