We were referred to DBH by another lawyer who specifically said these guys would be able to help us, only to then receive an email from them saying we can’t assist you with your case. Clearly not wanting any work or unwilling to help us take a business to court. Pretty pathetic!

MVA Peter Jackson! Big Warning everyone- $$$ will smash you at the end even for no win no fee!! I would try a smaller firm that’s not pyramid built. You end up paying over $20k for your medicals on a no win no fee. Then the real hit starts to kick in. Also ask for monthly fee breakdown sheets, even over two years. Keep a close eye if you risk them representing you. Also do not pair up with the barrister Adam Baker as that’s just a worse story that won’t mention. MVA (otherside fully liable and a shocking outcome) life ruined by DBH Peter Jackson was the lawyer and Adam Baxter was the barrister who never turned up. I am sure there will be a further up date on this review and very likely a media interview about them. Trust me, my life is a lot worse now because of DBH,. The more I talk to people the more I am hearing of bad cases. Be careful. Oh and I watch out for the phone call convos about $$ but nothing in writing until the end and bang,.
They can't even be bothered to reply. I contacted them asking for help with a legal matter. Kym Jackson got back to me and said he could take on the case and asked for some more information. I sent him more info and never heard from him ever again. Even after I followed up he just ignored me. Very rude.
