In buying 36 Orton Ave, Kewarra Beach, Carmel from Faralleys got the job done professionally in time. October 2025 ,once again Farrallys have been excellent and professional with handling our sale of Orton Avenue. Sean Thorpe, who previously drifted around half a dozen different real estate businesses, has started his own agency and after six months of lies and nasal mining bullied, manipulated and controlled us into accepting a low offer for the sake of Orton Avenue. Thorpe's deal turned out to be a mess. The Thorpe nightmare continued with the buyers extending the finance cut off date three times despite Thorpe advising the buyers finance was pre-approved! Farrallys have been handling the Thorpe mess professionally and patiently. Bottom line, avoid Paradise Property, Thorpe's nightmare company but absolute definitely use Farrallys for conveyancing. .
