Steer clear of Alex Fitzgerald. Alex was my lawyer when she was working for that money hungry Jim Middlemis. Alex is rude and when I asked her to treat me like a human, she lost it and kicked me out of her office followed by a letter to sake me as a client 2 weeks before a hearing. Her grounds for the sacking was a blatant lie that I tried to attack her in her office, multiple people in office to witness, no police called just put me in a real bad spot right in the middle of a very uncivil divorce, disgusting behaviour but what do you expect when she was taught from Jim Middlemis. Apple doesn't fall far from the tree and the billing $55k for not even 1/4 the way through my family law. Demi Rayner is a great lawyer as she was one of my lawyers when I part way with Alex.
