Where do we start? We had an eminent commercial property transaction in front of us, and had absolutely no idea how we were to navigate our path. First step for us was to engage a conveyancer. As luck would have it we stumbled into Hunter Legal and Conveyancing whereby we met Nicole Whipps, let us say she is a treat. She walked us through each of the processes in such a relaxed and casual way that the information she was giving us was clear and seemingly very uncomplicated until the property was settled.
