We recently sold our house in Tasmania and engaged Lauren from Jason Parker Legal to handle our settlement. She is, without doubt, the most impressive professional in this field I have encountered. Tasmania is still on the “snail mail paper trail”. In other words, no online settlement can occur. As a result, every other settlement I have had in Tasmania has been delayed by as much as a week. As we were moving overseas, we had to ensure it settled on time. Lauren was beyond efficient and on top of things from day one. To say she is capable, is an understatement. It was so easy. Having used conveyancers previously, they were completely incompetent in comparison and caused us delays and huge amounts of stress, inconvenience, and expense! I would only use a lawyer moving forward. Lauren settled on time with zero issues which is unheard of in our previous experiences. I can’t speak highly enough about her or JPL.
