Having moved from interstate it was a little more complicated for us and they helped every step of the way. So much so, we returned for our power of attorneys to be completed. It's a no from me. Any solicitor that wants to charge you money before you even ask a few preliminary questions isn't worth engaging. Rang up looking for a solicitor to handle the purchase of a small business and mentioned that before I paid to engage the full service of a business purchase, i just wanted to clarify a couple of very small wording issues in a Heads of Agreement I had received, just to make sure that I was even at the stage where I needed a solicitor, but was told by the girl on the phone that no, I wouldn't be able to speak to a solicitor without paying money. No deal.
