Lawyer'd

Currently being ghosted by Taylor/ Lawyerd, not even sure they are still operational. I have paid in full for one matter and paid a deposit for another, haven't received anything for either even after chasing for months (like 6 months). Not sure whats going on, but very disappointed with the outcome.

Taylor at Lawyer’d was incredible throughout what ended up being a really drawn-out and stressful settlement. We were stuck in limbo for over two weeks because the vendor hadn’t sorted out their shortfall and wasn’t communicating with anyone — not even their own lawyers. Despite all that, Taylor stayed on top of everything. She was super responsive, always kept us updated, and followed up with the vendor’s conveyancer and even their bank to try to get things moving. It made a huge difference knowing we had someone like Taylor in our corner who genuinely cared and kept pushing on our behalf. She made the whole mess feel a little more manageable, and we’re really grateful

We were referred to Taylor by friends to assist with a Consumer Law dispute regarding the workmanship of a tradesperson on our floors. The work was subpar and not only did Taylor get the tradesperson to completely re-do the work to perfection, but the tradesperson was also made liable for our legal costs at the end of the dispute. Taylor and team are fantastic – they are receptive and genuinely care about the results.

My business engaged Lawyer’d to assist with debt collection and unpaid invoices from clients who refused to acknowledge any contact from me after I had finished the work for those clients. Taylor was clear and efficient in the process, and I now have all the disputes resolved with cost and unpaid invoices paid in full. We cannot thank Taylor from Lawyer’d enough for her exceptional support throughout one of the most stressful property settlements imaginable. She was professional, persistent, and genuinely empathetic. You could tell she actually cared about the impact the delays were having on us, and she made us feel supported the whole way through.
