Absolutely amazing at supporting us navigating the process of buying our first home! We were in a unique situation where we needed to have our house settled before the 30th of June before the stamp duty concession was no longer available for first home buyers in Tasmania. Our conveyancers were prompt, reliable, and information which supported a quick and smooth sailing process. We would highly recommend!

The biggest waste of money, unfortunately no option for 0 stars. Paula was working for another company and spent over a year dragging out my case against Clements Landscaping, racking up charges and kept stalling on going to court. Clements Landscaping worked at Claremont House, built a fountain that leaked water, steps that didn’t comply with building code and a waterfall (no permits) from mudstone that eroded due to water movement. Glenorchy council condemned the waterfall and it had to be removed and Paula still didn’t take it to court. She came across as sincere and empathetic while making a lot of money for her company. She wanted engineers reports which I organised and still stalled on taking the case to court. I couldn’t afford to maintain the case with all of her legal costs.

I would like to sincerely thank Paula and Sutherland Associates for assisting me during a challenging time towards the end of my settlement. With respect and gratitude, my settlement was completed successfully with the help of Allie Brown, Paula, and their excellent team. I truly appreciate their support and professionalism, and I would highly recommend this firm to others.
