Very poor experience on conveayancing service. Absolutely not recommendable. I found the service careless, unprofessional, and difficult to trust. Communication was poor, follow-up was lacking, and I felt my concerns were not taken seriously. As a result, I was left dealing with a serious issue after settlement and facing significant additional costs. For a legal matter of this importance, this level of service was unacceptable. I would not use this firm again and would not recommend them. + The considerable time the firm refers to was largely spent after the issue was discovered and appeared directed toward denying responsibility rather than meaningfully resolving the situation My concerns were never about a new issue arising after settlement, but about incorrect and inadequate legal advice provided during the transaction, which only became apparent later when the consequences were discovered. My concerns were not simply about an issue arising after issue, but also about the quality of communication, the lack of clear explanation regarding relevant risks, difficulty obtaining responses, and delays in receiving documents that had been promised.(already complained this poor communication at that time, but your firm ignored my complaints)
