My partner Callam and I are incredibly apologetic that this review has come so late. Been very busy lately. So let’s get started. My partner and I went through a tough and gruelling case against DOCS in Queensland recently and we honestly could not have gotten through it without the help from the team at shine lawyers. Jane Stone, Tyla Brydon, Taylor and other members of Shone stuck by us the whole way through, supported us and took care of us to the best of their abilities. Cases like the one we went through are brutal and painful for the victims but Shone makes every step easy and painless. Their care, compassion and drive to help is what matters the most and it’s people like the team at Shine Queensland who make the world a better place. Dear XXX XXXXXXX I am so thoroughly disgusted at the service I have received from Shine. To be treated as my claim is not enough and rejected for further action will not be taken lightly, I am blind, your colleague has offered a ridiculous excuse that I have not accepted. For me to do the claim myself displays a complete act of ignorance towards my plight. Today I will be contacting the relevant regulatory bodies and making formal complaints against Shine for discrimination. I am way too upset at the moment to go on further. I am so disappointed to be rejected because your firm is not making enough out of me. Tim Archer

Not only is Shine Hervey Bay a great bunch of professionals that really know their stuff. Taylor and her team always kept me well informed as things progressed. While it can all feel very overwhelming at times they show empathy, patience & understanding. And they were able to get a positive outcome for me. Hopefully I’ll never be in a position to need such a service again, but if I am I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them 100%
