It's rare these days to encounter a business with the level of professionalism and competence that Greenhalgh Pickard has. During the conveyencing of a property that was part of my late father's estate, Ashleigh and the team met each challenge head-on and kept me informed every step of the way. Unfortunately, ours was a particularly complex conveyencing journey but I had every confidence in Ashleigh. She did everything possible to keep my stress levels down and to advance the sale. Whenever we spoke, she happily explained exactly what was happening and what I needed to do next. Nothing was too much trouble and I always felt that she had my best interests at the forefront of each decision. These guys are great! I was travelling into the Sunshine Coast in few days time and had multiple appointments on the day and the office admin were extremely helpful when organising my appointment and managed to fit me in for an appointment on the only day i had available for Notary Public, Very Professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
