Instead of stating that all enquiries are replied to, your response suggests you were unable to locate my enquiry within your records. That does not change the fact that no response was received for over a month and that this was my genuine experience. I came across this lawyer on social media and checked out her website, where “No Win, No Fee” services were advertised extensively. I took the time to write a detailed enquiry email, but it has now been over a month with no response at all. Very disappointing experience and well-deserved review. Basic communication and professionalism should be expected, especially when advertising legal services publicly. I hope this is something they improve on in the future and that others are not treated the same way.
