As former client, I wouldn’t recommend this law firm to anyone. I didn’t feel that they work in my or my kids best interests. Passive and unexperienced part time lawyer(better be called paralegal) was involved in my case. After my kids were kidnapped and returned home to Australia under Hague Convention of International Child Abduction, this lawyer failed to understand this case and my kids best interests to have both parents in their life. My mistake to stay with this team as long as I did.

Highly reputable firm. I have primarily dealt with Chris Walker and Jane Kellet in a sensitive family law matter. When litigation is urgent, it is immensely reassuring to receive timely correspondence, even outside normal working hours. I developed deep respect for both Chris and Jane when my affidavits were due urgently and they worked relentlessly to ensure everything was completed on time (and the deadlines were brutal). The lawyers have great emotional maturity and there is a familial sense to the firm. This makes litigation a lot less stressful, and more productive when your representation has a sharp ability to situate themselves from your position as client. It is a comforting thing to be in the hands of people who know their stuff. I would specifically recommend Howe Jenkin to anyone involved in high-stakes disputes.
