I had a deeply disappointing experience with this firm. I felt ignored, unsupported, and misled at critical moments. Communication was poor, important information was not explained, and I was left feeling unprotected during a very vulnerable time. Nothing about my experience reflected the professionalism or care I expected. I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking genuine help.
