I had an excellent experience working with Daniel Moon from MK Law. From the very beginning he was clear, knowledgeable and reassuring during what was a stressful situation for me. He took his time to explain the court system and process as it was my first time. He displayed a strong attention to detail, understanding and handled my case with professionalism. My experience with MK Law, and particularly with Marcus, was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking reliable legal representation. I approached MK Law for help with a criminal matter. From the beginning, I felt that the focus was more on money than on providing proper legal guidance. Marcus quoted my partner $4,000–$5,000 just for a barrister to prepare a letter, which felt completely unreasonable for the situation we were dealing with. Because of the high fees and the lack of clear advice, we sought a second opinion. We ended up hiring another lawyer for $1,500, and that lawyer had the entire case thrown out, with all costs paid and damages awarded due to police errors. The outcome made it clear that the matter was straightforward — yet Marcus did not seem to understand this or provide any meaningful strategy. I strongly believe the owner needs to look into the situation with Marcus. In my personal experience, Marcus came across as unhelpful, dismissive, and more focused on charging large fees than actually resolving the case. It was frustrating and felt like a complete waste of time for me and for several friends who also had negative experiences with this firm. It is disappointing to see how far this firm has fallen. The original principal lawyer had a good reputation, but the current leadership does not reflect the same standard. In my opinion, the founding lawyer needs to review what is happening under their name, because the behaviour I experienced was unacceptable. This review reflects my personal experience and opinion, to help other people make the right decision.

Took my legal case to them and the lawyer that was on my case did no work charged me fees then left the company, nobody contacted me and if I hadn't have called I would not of had anyone to represent me despite $2000 down. Then assigned me a secondary lawyer and she also left one day prior to my hearing. I was represented by a pathetic excuse for a lawyer and the judge had to give her chances to answer questions in order to not completely ruin my case. They’re terrible at their job, don’t bother they work out of an apartment living room. They will also proceed to charge you for their time even when they screw up as badly as they did with my case.

I’ve had a great experience with Daniel from MK Law. I highly recommend him for any matters. He was very professional, respectful, understanding and educated when dealing with the matter, while also keeping me informed in any steps.
