No attention to detail. No apologies for many errors, just arrogance. When handling my fathers estate WWW gave us $700k of someone else's money. Luckily we informed them straight away. No thanks or apology for mistake were received. After dealing with estate for 6 months, they expressed surprise to learn there was a 2nd property to deal with, despite having been given all the paperwork for the estate presented thoroughly organised. When I closed my bank account in protest at how long they;d taken to release funds [because the banks were the ones causing the delay according to WWW] the bank told me they;d released the funds to our lawyer a week ago. When I called WWW back they said "sometimes banks just lie". In conveyencing paperwork WWW had to be corrected on the address of the property twice. Then in the paperwork they charged us for disconnecting TasWATER even though the property was only on tank water. When this was pointed out they didn't apologise, just gave a rude, blunt response. Uncaring and unwilling to admit mistakes.
